A hair transplant is a long day in one room, and the room matters less than what happens in it. Three things about this clinic are structural rather than decorative.
One operation a day. A single case is booked per operating day, which is what allows extraction, dissection and placement to run at a steady pace instead of against another patient's start time.
The dissection station is in-house. Grafts are sorted by follicle count and hair calibre as they arrive, by a team that has worked here since the clinic opened. Follicles deteriorate the longer they are out of the scalp; this is the practical answer to that.
The director does not leave the room. Design, extraction and implantation are performed by Dr. Kim Dae-woo throughout. There is no second operator you have not met.
