Fine single-follicle work on the face, where angle matters more than volume.
Facial hair lies almost flat against the skin and changes direction across a very short distance — an eyebrow reverses its grain twice between the head and the tail. Each follicle therefore has to be placed individually at the correct angle, which is slow work at a low graft count. Transplanted eyebrow and beard hair keeps the growth behaviour of scalp hair, so it needs trimming.

This page describes Eyebrow, Beard & Sideburn Transplant as performed at MONARA Dermatology Clinic. It is general information and not a substitute for a medical consultation. Suitability, graft count and expected outcome are determined individually after examination. Any surgical procedure carries risk, and outcomes differ between individuals depending on donor supply, scalp condition and aftercare.
